She was predeceased by: her mother Emma Mathis; and her brother Dale Hamilton. She is survived by: her daughter Rebecca Johnson; her father Dallas Mathis; her niece Tonya Hamilton; and her aunt Lucy Phillips. She is also survived by 4 great-nieces and nephews.
