He was predeceased by: his grandparents, William, Nancy Gooch Chapman, Roy and Jewel Smith; his father George Chapman; and his stepmother Erlene Chapman.
He is survived by: his wife Tammy Chapman; his sons, Collin Chapman (Alanna) and Stephen "Cory" Chapman; his grandchildren, Lily Jane Chapman and Graham Chapman; his mother Christine Needham (Jerry); his sister Cheryl Delveau (Doug); his aunt Mary Jane Bowen; his uncle John Larkin; and his sisters-in-law, Connie Smith (Bill "Smitty"), Cheryl Edwards (Joe) and Vickie Hays. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM and from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hermitage Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens (535 Shute Ln, Old Hickory, TN 37138). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM. A graveside service was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 10:45 AM.
