She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymon Carter and Alberta Graham Carter. She is survived by: her husband Dale Morley; her sons, Terry (Marsha), David and Todd (Regina); her grandchildren, Kasey, Tristan, Jacob and Ivan; and her great grandchildren, Jayce, Evelyn and David Phillip. She is also survived by three sisters, three brothers, and a host of extended family members and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 15th 2025 at 9:50 AM at the Central Christian Church (137 Hopson Rd, Johnson City, TN 37601). A graveside service was held on Monday, September 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Mountain Home National Cemetery.
