She was predeceased by: her father Earl Kemper; her grandmothers, Winnie McConnell and Bertha Miller; and her sister Barbara Hill. She is survived by: her son Howard "Howie" Kemper; her mother Elva Morrison; and her sisters, Roberta Griffith and Karen Morrison-Jackson (Jeff). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Friendship Baptist Church (522 W Main St, Johnson City, TN 37601). A memorial service was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
