He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond R. Butler and Norma Lilly Preston; and his brothers, Lee Butler and Ronnie Butler. He is survived by : his significant other Betty Joyce Wilburn; his sister Shirley Gutherie; his siblings-in-law, Suzie Butler and Jimmy Wilburn; and also Joey Salyers.
