He is survived by: his sister Margie Markwood; and his children, Donna Kay Depew (Dennis), Alan Polk (Pamela) and Stephen Polk (Kathy). He is also survived by six grandchildren; thirteen great‑grandchildren; and one great‑great‑granddaughter.
