She is survived by: her children, Josh Crumley of Mountain City and Megan Slagle; her grandchildren, Hunter Slagle of Johnson City, Lily Slagle of Johnson City and Kenneth Crumley of Mountain City; her sister Amy Gouge (Jason) of Hampton; and her nephew Gabriel Gouge of Hampton.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Tetrick Funeral Home (211 N Riverside Dr, Elizabethton, TN 37643). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A procession was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 at 10:15 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Happy Valley Memorial Park (2708 Elizabethton Hwy, Johnson City, TN 37601-7107).
