He was predeceased by: his father Dr. M. Ray Lamb. He is survived by: his mother Linda Lamb (Carden); his wife Dr. Courtney Collins; his sister Kelsey Nave (Shawn Nave); his nieces, Kylie Strickland and Leah Broyles; and his in-laws, Margie and C. Bryant Collins.
