He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Miller and Ida Bunton Miller; his son Eugene "Blue" Miller; his great grandchild Nicholas Holloway; and his siblings, Ray, Frank, Bob, Harley Miller and Peggy Barlow.

He is survived by: his wife Susie Lockner Miller; his sons, Ronnie, Brandon and Charles Miller; his siblings, Judy Green, Jay and Teddy Miller; and his stepbrother Billy Rosenbaum. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; two great great grandchildren.
