He is survived by: his parents, Pamela Oler Self and Eugene Self; his brothers, Aaron, Leslie Self, Mark and Lindsey Self; and his children, Sarah Self, Ethan Self, Colten Self and Audrey Gray (Kristi Isaacs). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
