He was predeceased by: his parents, John Andrew and Mary Emma Clark Slonaker; his grandparents, Ruby, Frank Slonaker, Edith and Bob Clark; his uncle Robert Slonaker; his aunts, Margaret Slonaker, Jane Fetters, Patty Clark and Phyllis Keesecker; and his cousin Jeanette McCoy.
He is survived by: his wife Ramona Cress Slonaker; his brother John Timothy Slonaker (Shay) of Nashville; his uncle David Slonaker (Aunt Rose Sarah) of Georgia; and his cousins, Susan Jacobs (John) of Greeneville, Sarah of Johnson City, Logan Jacobs of Johnson City, Alan of Johnson City, Jason of Johnson City, Gary Keesecker of Johnson City, Tammy Spears, MD (Michael) of North Carolina, Richard Slonaker of Maryland, Charles Slonaker of Mississippi, Lynn Slonaker, Jake, Mary Slonaker of Telford, Joe McCoy of Jonesborough and Liz McCoy of Jonesborough. He is also survived by several extended family and special friends.
A burial was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 at 10:45 AM. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Telford Cemetery (1775 Old State Rte 34, Telford, TN 37690).
