He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Campbell and Rosa Phillips (Cox); his stepfather Rufus Phillips; his sister Ida Lou Haws; and his grandson Garrett Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Eula Phillips (Lyle); his daughters, Sandy Williams (Steve) and Tammy Treadway (Chris); and his grandchildren, Kendrick Williams (Hannah) and Hannah Treadway.
