He was predeceased by: his parents, Opie Humphries and Betty Morrison. He is survived by: his wife Dana Berry; his children, John David Humphries (Angie) and Amber Humphries; his stepson John Berry (Holly); his grandchildren, Jacob Berry, Sydney Humphries and Kayla Humphries; his brother Lew Humphries (Anita); and his close friend Duke.
