He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Hodge and Elizabeth Hodge; and his brother-in-law Ted Johnson. He is survived by: his significant other Kimberly Tester Hodge; his daughters, Amanda (John), June (Darick), Lea (Ben) and Katie (Dustin); his grandchildren, Andrew, Valkyrie, Natalie, Nevaeh, Abigail and Adelyn; and his sisters, Gail Johnson and Judy Finney. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
