He is survived by: his children, Benjamin Skeen and Natalie Newton; his sister Martha Carmichael (Jerry); his sister-in-law Susan Skeen; his nephew Cody Skeen (Kyrrah); and his close friend Tommy Staten. He is also survived by four nieces; several great nieces and nephews.
