With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Edith Humphreys Roark of Johnson City, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 12, 2026 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sidney Humphreys and Jennie Humphreys. She is survived by: her husband Larry Roark; her children, Jon Roark (Stephanie), Nancy Roark and Beth Sherrer (John); her grandchildren, Aaron McKee (Cindy), Audrey McKee, Josie Rivers (Logan) and Mattie Roark (Harrison Ruud); her great grandchild Callen McKee; her sister Jean Bawden (David Vopal); and her nephews, Curtiss Bawden and Fred Bawden (Mira).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are directed to Buffalo Ridge Baptist Church Mission Fund or Children's Ministry (197 Suncrest St, Gray, TN 37615).
