He was predeceased by: his parents, Garold "Mike" R. DeLong and Doris I. DeLong; and his brother Jeffery E. DeLong. He is survived by: his wife Connie L. DeLong; his children, Matthew E. DeLong (Bonnie), Noah D. DeLong (Beth) and Deborah J. DeLong; his grandchildren, Ross, Grace Margaret, Luke, Lily, Anna and Laura; his brother Stephan R. DeLong (Suellen); his sister-in-law Dru DeLong; and his caregivers, Dina, Jen, Kyle, Joshua, Lacy and Kaeluh.
