She was predeceased by: her parents, Marcellene Woodrum Buell and Vernon Roy Buell; her husband Albert Thomas Dosser, III (Tom); her brother James Buell; and her son Ralph Arthur Dosser.
She is survived by: her children, Amy Dosser, Beth Dosser, Sara Moore (Marc), Al Dosser and Jim (Foggy); her grandchildren, Thomas Kellum, Michael Kellum (Naomi), Max Dosser (Brenna), Madison Dosser, Emily Hossler (Nick), Lucy Moore (Shaun), Merry Moore (Rishi) and Elijah Moore; and her great grandchildren, Gabriel, Arthur Hossler and Sophie Dosser.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Munsey Memorial United Methodist Church (201 S Roan St, Johnson City, TN 37601). A reception will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
