She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Sisk (Wesley); her grandchildren, Ashley Williams (Josh), Hayley Reece (Britt), Alesha Sisk, Kaylee Baker, Colby Baker and Chance Baker (Emily); her great grandchildren, Dylan, Roland, Bodhi, Judah Williams and Holston Reece; her daughter-in-law Kyra Baker; her brother David Samuel Smith (Lala); her caregivers, Brittney, Kim, Brian, Steven, Alexis, Dr. Gretchen Bowling and Megan Long; and her close friends, Jan Laughrun, Kathy Lethcoe and Iris Blair. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
