He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Miller and Polly Pate Tipton Miller; and his half-sister JoAnn Cutshall. He is survived by: his brother Bob Tipton (Lorrie); and his half-siblings, Bill Tipton (Gail), Dennis Tipton, Raymond Tipton and Betty (Danny).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM and at 2:00 PM.
