She was predeceased by: her father Oliver Charlie; her husband Donald Leroy Meredith; her brother Ralph; and her sister-in-law Jean Champion. She is survived by: her children, Michelle Bowen (Terry) of San Jose, CA and Jeff Meredith (Casey) of Knoxville, TN; her grandson Braiden Chase Meredith of Knoxville, TN; her sister Betty Carden of Elizabethton, TN; and her nieces, Melissa Frazer (Lewis) and Lori Parker (Roger).
