He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Schramm and Lucinda Schramm; and his wife Julia Francine Schramm. He is survived by: his children, Patricia Connolly (Kevin), Debra Young (Eugene), Rose Marie Sistare (Lance), Heather Mann, Everett Jr. Schramm (Roberta), Steven Schramm (Lisa) and Jon Schramm. He is also survived by 16 Grandchildren, 16 Great Grandchildren and 3 Great Great Grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Memorial Funeral Chapel (212 N Main St, Elizabethton, TN 37643). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Happy Valley Memorial Park (2708 Elizabethton Hwy, Johnson City, TN 37643).
