He was predeceased by: his parents, Sami Boutros and Soad Boutros; and his son Johnny Boutros. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Boutros; his daughter Krysta Boutros; his stepson Steven Tanton (Maria); his siblings, Hanan Mikhail (Sarwat) and Hany Boutros (Leticia); and his nieces and nephews, Andrea Boutros, Megan Saweres, Nicolas Boutros and Anthony Mikhail.
