We are sad to announce that on October 1, 2022, Gary Bleve Elkins of Johnson City, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bleve Elkins and Hester Elkins; his siblings, Leon (Rosella), Arnold "Bud" Elkins (Georgia) and Janice Day (Lon); his mother-in-law Janis Merryman; his brother-in-law Grant Evans; and his nephew Todd Parker.
He is survived by: his wife Laura Elkins of Johnson City; his daughter Ashley Elkins (Adrienne) of Johnson City; his sister Carolyn Carroll (Wade) of Bean Station; his sisters-in-law, Linda Evans of Morristown, TN and Leslie Newnum (Toby) of Tuscon, AZ; his niece Lauren Clark (Andrew); and his pets, Bradley and Braxton. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
