He was predeceased by: his grandmother Sylvia Leonard; and his great-aunt Kay Courter. He is survived by: his parents, Russell Kloosterman and Mary Kloosterman; his siblings, Helena Kloosterman, Erica Kloosterman (Brad Austin) and Henry Kloosterman; his niece Odessa Austin; his nephews, Brazahn Austin and Oziah Austin; his great-grandparent Mary Carrier; his grandparents, Freddie Leonard, Fred and Cheryl Kloosterman; his uncles, Lenny Leonard, Jim Kloosterman (Shannon), John Kloosterman (Michele) and Freddie Kloosterman (Regina); and his aunt Donna Leonard. He is also survived by several cousins and many friends.
