She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Osborne and Viola Hale Osborne; and her siblings, Loretta "PeeWee" Williams, Irene Lawson, Wayland "Wade" Osborne and Robert "Tom" Osborne.
She is survived by: her sons, Jess Blevins (Priscillia Bourne) and Daniel Blevins (Mindy Tester); her grandchildren, Michael Stone, Seth Blevins and Zoey Cates; her great grandchild Braylyn; and her sister Geneva Riddle. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
