He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Horne and Pearl Laney Horne. He is survived by: his brothers, Ray Horne (Alice) of Gray and Charles Horne (Brenda) of Johnson City; his former wife Patricia Rash of Elizabethton; and his siblings' children, Jeff Horne and Angie Blythe.
