She is survived by: her husband Ray Kirkpatrick; her children, Tamara Meadows and Rickey Lee Hale (Ginger); her stepchildren, Deeneen Kirkpatrick, Wendy Kirkpatrick, Nicolas Kirkpatrick and Emily Davidson (Joey); her sisters, Shelia Sisk and Linda Horne; her grandchildren, Ethan Meadows (Kara), Evan Meadows (Sarah), Ethan Stiltner, Kaitlyn Hale (Cody), Justin Freison, Hannah Jones, Sasha Kirkpatrick, Zoey Kirkpatrick, Malachi Kirkpatrick, Brandon Kirkpatrick, Gage Davidson and Jaxon Davidson; her great grandchildren, Eli, Charlie Marie, Cole, Esme, Tillian, Kilan, Declan, Grayson, Ivy-Kate and Waylin; her daughter Shirley Howard (Jay); and her close friends, Libby Coulter, Dorothy Martin (Ricky), Joey Keys (Gina) and Jamie Vest. She is also survived by several nieces and nephew.
