He is survived by: his siblings, Charlie McKay (Donna), Etta McKay Mays of Johnson City and Caren McKay of Johnson City; his nieces and nephews, Mel McKay, Chris McKay (LaVon), Melanie Nelson (Doug) of Hendersonville, NC, Brett Forney (Riki) of Lawrenceville, GA, Atalie McKay Balentine (Chris) of Salisbury, NC, Noah McKay (Ginny) of Lexington, NC, Lindsey McKay Calverley (Dave) of Jefferson, NC, Anthony Perrotta of Providence, RI, Kristiana Grizzle (Stephen) of Kingsport, TN and Steven Perrota; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Cale McKay, Caleb Ballentine, Hannah Ballentine, Ian Nelson, Finn Nelson, Jamison Forney, Wren McKay, Merritt McKay and Louis Grizzel.
