He is survived by: his wife Betty Ruth Robinson Tester; his daughters, Tonita Ruth Ohman (Paul) of Milton, FL and Theresa Jacqueline Davies (Rick) of Elizabethton, TN; his grandchildren, Jack Ohman (Calyn) of Pensacola, FL and Kimberly McCollim of Milton, FL; and his great grandchildren, Carson, Kylie, Madelyn and Kaleb.
