He was predeceased by: his parents, Stacy Radford Tester and Mamie Geneva Watson Tester; and his brother Kenneth Wesley Tester. He is survived by: his wife Betty Ruth Robinson Tester; his daughters, Tonita Ruth Ohman (Paul) of Milton, FL and Theresa Jacqueline Davies (Rick) of Elizabethton, TN; his grandchildren, Jack Ohman (Calyn) of Pensacola, FL and Kimberly McCollim of Milton, FL; and his great grandchildren, Carson, Kylie, Madelyn and Kaleb.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Heritage Baptist Church (1512 John Exum Pkwy, Johnson City, TN 37604). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Roselawn Memory Gardens (3303 S Roan St, Johnson City, TN 37601).
