He was predeceased by: his grandparents, David Whaley, Larry and Linda Furchess. He is survived by: his parents, David "Scottie" Whaley and Kelly Michelle Whaley; his brothers, Samuel and Chandler Whaley; his grandmother Shirley Whaley; his uncles, Nathan Whaley (Karen) and Thomas Whaley; his aunt T. J. Furchess; his cousins, Triston, Conner Whaley, Matthew Furchess and Hailey Wooliver; and his caregivers, Linda Smith, Shannon Calhoun, Jessia Page, Amber Anderson and Annette Spurlock.
