He was predeceased by: his parents, James Eugene and Mary Alice Green; and his sister Ida Lois Green. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Graf Green; his children, James F. Green (Lisa), Stephen Lawrence Green, John David Green (Amy) and Mary Catharine McMullen (Greg); his sister Katie Walker (Ernest); his grandchildren, Taylor (Maggie), Bailey Green (Niki), Natalie Woodall (Daniel), Oscar, Anna Catharine, Aidan McMullen and Peter Green; his nephews, Charles Wilson and Ernest E. Walker; and his niece Leanne Walker Cox.
