He is survived by: his daughter Brandy Kiser Wilson; his siblings, Tom Kiser (Diana), Campbell Kiser (Ella), Gaines Dotson, Fred Dotson and Betty Dotson; his grandson Michael Moffitt; and his niece Sherry Kiser. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home (418 W College St, Jonesborough, TN 37659).
