James left this world on July 6, 2025 at the age of 89, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn "Carol" Richardson. He is survived by: his children, Matt Richardson (Donna Ring), Michael Richardson (Cheryl Barnes-Miller) and Donna Horowitz (Scott Pruitt); and his grandson Nicholas Horowitz.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Morris-Baker Funeral Home Oak Hall (2001 E Oakland Ave, Johnson City, TN 37601). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the same location.
