He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy Freeman and Mary Freeman; his siblings, Elizabeth Riddick, Shelia Delaney, Teresa Rhea and Thomas Fields; and his nephew Brian Riddick.

He is survived by: his children, Jason Wells (Casey), Joshua Fields and Jordonna Shockley (Anthony). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, friends, and relatives.
