He was predeceased by: his mother Shirley Mae Payne; his daughter Kelsey Payne; and his sister Cindy Burnette. He is survived by: his father Raymond Chester Payne; his daughter Emilee Payne; and his siblings, Mary Taylor and Chris Payne (Eva). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
