He was predeceased by: his father Harry Lee Payne; and his brother Hal. He is survived by: his wife Shelia; his daughter Courtney (Judd); his grandchildren, Cayleigh and Connor; his sisters, Linda and Pam; his father-in-law James; and his sister-in-law Cherryl. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
