He was predeceased by: his parents, John William Bradshaw, Sr. and Iona Statzer Bradshaw; his son David Sean Bradshaw; and his sister Julia Bradshaw Deyton. He is survived by: his wife Karen Byrd Bradshaw; his children, Dr. Daniel W. Bradshaw (Vanessa) of Johnson City, Tennessee, Dawn Bradshaw Emmich (Tom) of Charlotte and Deidre Bradshaw Foster (John) of Charlotte; his grandchildren, Sydney Bradshaw, Jalyn Westmoreland, Luke Westmoreland, Tyler Walker, Jack Emmrich, Sara Gibson, Bill, Caitlin Emmrich, Evangeline Foster and John William Foster "Jack"; and his great grandchild Millie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
