He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Ford Willis; his sons, Johnnie Willis, Jr. (Michael Green) of Charlotte, NC and Doug Willis (Melissa); his grandchildren, Austin Willis (Katie) and Kendal Willis; and his great grandchild Olivia Willis. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
