He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hall, Jr. and Betty Noland Hall; his wife Patricia Hall; and his siblings, Scotty Hall, Rocky Hall and Louise Tittle.
He is survived by: his children, Eric Rice (Christine) of Jonesborough and Cassandra "Cassie" Hall (Jonathan Figueroa) of Jonesborough; his grandchildren, Caitlyn Kirkendall, Hannah Rice (Austin), Eric Rice II, Rylee Kiser (Braxton), Scotty Tittle, Sarah Story and Jonathon Story, II; his great grandchildren, Gianna Rice and Hudson Kiser; his siblings, Eugene Hall, Gary Hall and Amy Hall; and his pet Prince. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
