She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Sechrest and Alma Lee Sechrest (Rowe); her husband Dr. Charles E. Allen; and her significant other Ed. She is survived by: her children, Jill Allen Lagerberg, Charles Allen Jr. (Barbara), John Allen (Lesley) and Jennifer Allen; her grandchildren, Charles Allen III (Chip), Wes Allen and Carin Gunter (Evan); and her sister Gail Thompson.
