She was predeceased by: her parents, Noah Berry and Ruby Berry; and her siblings, Hugh Berry, George Berry, Betty Berry and Jacqueline Bailey.
She is survived by: her sons, James and Jerald Tittle; and her sister Golda Morrison.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 17th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Christian Church (200 E Mountcastle Dr, Johnson City, TN 37601). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to a local educational charity, reflecting Joy's lifelong dedication to learning and community support.
