It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Lee Norman of Johnson City, Tennessee, who passed away on April 2, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, J. C. Nave and Irene Cornett Morton Nave; and her siblings, Louise Ingram, Iva Lee Beamer, Charlotte Street, Monnie Williams, Marion Hulse, Cecil Morton, James Leonard Morton and Charles Morton.
She is survived by: her daughter Monica Norman; her siblings, Carolyn Lyons (Lloyd) of Elizabethton, Ruth Lovelace (Terry) of Elizabethton and James Nave of Kingsport; her sisters-in-law, Judy Morton and Becky Morton; and her niece Carlena. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
