It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judy Ann Webb of Johnson City, Tennessee, born in Athens, Tennessee, who passed away on August 31, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent JD Arnold; and her brother Jerry Arnold. She is survived by: her parent Lilley Iva Arnold; the father of her children Lonnie Webb; her children, Donna Webb, Roger Tinker, Joe Webb, Beverly Bennett (Scotty) and Judy Hill; her siblings, James David Arnold, Dennis Arnold and Janice Myer; her grandchildren, Becky Bennett, Kristy Bennett, Manny Woods and Justin Holsclaw (Tabitha); and her great grandchildren, Memphis Scott, Tianna Holsclaw, Knox Bennett and Eleanor Bennett. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
