She is survived by : her parents, Terry Lee Hartley and Marlene Kay Harmon Scott; her husband Christopher Saults; her daughters, Kaleigh Saults and Ava Hartley; her brother Jason Hartley; her uncles, Keith Harmon (Linda) and Danny Harmon (Lori); and her grandparents, Alene and Dwight Hartley.
