He is survived by: his wife Glenna Barker Belcher Lyons; his son Sammie Lyons (Karen) of Greeneville; his grandsons, Laten and Kenny; his brother Michael Lyons (Karen) of Bluff City; and his stepsons, Kenny Belcher (Vickie), Brian Belcher and Mack Belcher Jr. (Jessica). He is also survived by several step-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
