It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kevin Ray Hatfield of Johnson City, Tennessee, who passed away on May 23, 2025, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sister Cheryl Necessary; and his parent Helen Hatfield of Piney Flatts. He is survived by: his wife Tywanna Michelle Hatfield of Elizabethton; his daughter Helena Williams (Cody) of Jonesboro; his brothers, Tod Hatfield (Wanda) and Keith Hatfield (Jessica) of Piney Flatts; his brother-in-law Billy Necessary of Nashville; his pets, Bucky, Loki and Darla Jean; and his caregiver Kim Green. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and in-laws.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Tetrick Funeral Home (211 N Riverside Dr, Elizabethton, TN 37643). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 1:15 PM at the Happy Valley Memorial Park (2708 Elizabethton Hwy, Johnson City, TN 37601-7107).
