She is survived by: her mother Donna Gail Onks Baldwin; her husband Marty Lee Salisbury; her son Nathaniel Leach (Tera); her grandchildren, Zachary Leach of Johnson City, Hannah Grace Leach of Johnson City, Gabbi Leach of Johnson City, Carter Leach of Johnson City, Colton McGinnis of Johnson City and Leina Franklin of Johnson City; and her brother Danny Baldwin. She is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
