He was predeceased by : his parents, Tip Payne and Lorene Payne; and his siblings, Thelma Ogan and Carl Payne. He is survived by : his wife Brenda Payne; his children, Viola Hopkins (Dean) of Lebanon, Ohio, John Payne (Carolyn) of Fox Island and Kylee Payne of New Tazewell; his brother Kenneth Payne (Francis) of Tazewell; his stepchildren, Marlene Jones (Landon), Wesley Estep and Kelley Estep; and his grandchildren, Michael, Ryan Hopkins, Hunter and Sawyer Payne.
