He was predeceased by: his sister Audrey. He is survived by: his daughters, Anna Hogan, Angel Fore and Cheryl Clayville; his grandchildren, Natalie, Ryan, Grant, Alani Hogan, Christopher Newton, Jeremy, Chris, Matt Clayville and Emily Menard; and his siblings, Noel and Ardell. He is also survived by his family, especially his daughters and grandchildren.
